How do I pay?
Payments can be made with VISA, Mastercard or your PayPal account. All credit card payments go through PayPal, when checking out you will be directed to a secure page - here you will have the option to simply enter credit card details or alternatively you can login to your PayPal account. A PayPal account is not required to make payment, this is completely optional.
How much is freight?
New Zealand deliveries-
FREE NZ shipping on all orders over $20NZD.
For orders below $20NZD the flat fee for tracked courier shipping is $3.50NZD.
Overseas deliveries-
Shipping is automatically calculated during checkout depending on the shipping location chosen.
Australia or the Pacific Islands- $7.50NZD for Air International shipping (non-tracked). Your delivery will arrive within 3-6 working days.
Asia or North America- $12.50NZD for Air International shipping (non-tracked). Your delivery will arrive within 7-10 working days.
Europe or Anywhere Else- $12.50NZD for Air International shipping (non-tracked). Your delivery will arrive within 10-14 working days.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We use Fastway Couriers for all our deliveries and ship with 24 hours of receipt of order (Monday to Friday).
Within Auckland- allow 2 working days for your delivery.
Rest of New Zealand- allow 3 working days for your delivery.
What is your returns policy?
For my sisters values its customer service and although we are sure you will love the products you purchase on the website we will happily accept returns. Unused items, in original condition, may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. Please understand that you will have to pay for the return shipping.
Can I make a custom order?
Yes! We will do our best to fulfil any special requests. Just email us with your ideas. We will happily make different colours and combinations of designs you see on the website.
Can I get the hair tie bracelets wet?
Please note the foil print hair ties should not be worn in water.
